    Neerabh Kumar Prasad, a senior IAS officer from the 1987 batch, has been appointed as the Chief Secretary of the Andhra Pradesh Government. He is currently serving as the Special Chief Secretary to Government in the Forest, Science & Technology Department.

    Prasad recently met with TDP Chief N Chandrababu. He will be taking over the position from CS Jawahar Reddy, who is set to retire at the end of this month.
