The Andhra Pradesh Government has signed an agreement with the International Baccalaureate (IB) to improve the education system. This partnership will involve integrating the IB program into government schools from class 1 to class 12. The Chief Minister, Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, believes that this collaboration will provide quality education and prepare students for future employment opportunities. The goal is to raise the standard of education in the state and align it with global benchmarks.

The IB curriculum focuses on both theoretical knowledge and practical applications. It aims to develop problem-solving skills and encourage students to make connections across various subjects. This approach will provide a well-rounded education that fosters critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
