This was done under the guidance of Sudarshan Guruswami at the Sri Uma Maheshwara Kshetram, which is located in the Achampet area and is known as the northern gateway to Srisailam.

Sudarshan Guruswami explained that the devotees would follow a special 41-day vow. During this time, they will observe strict discipline as part of their spiritual journey. He also shared that daily Annadanam, or food donation, is available to devotees at the Ayyappa temple in Nagarkurnool.

The ceremony was attended by several Guru Swamis, including Venkataiah, Gopi, Kotra Shekar, Shiva, and Sridhar, along with other Ayyappa devotees.
