Hyderabad: Mallu Ravi, senior vice-president of TPCC, praised balladeer Gaddar for his work towards social justice and likened his thinking to that of Karl Marx. Congress leaders and TPCC officials paid tribute to Gaddar at Gandhi Bhavan in Hyderabad.
Mallu Ravi highlighted that Gaddar wrote songs for all sections of society, aiming to bring about positive change. He also mentioned Gaddar’s participation in Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra and CLP leader Bhatti Vikramarka’s People’s March padayatra.
Ravi recalled Gaddar’s support for Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, Revanth Reddy, and Mallikarjun Kharge during their public meetings. He extended his condolences on behalf of the Congress party to Gaddar’s family.
