Hyderabad: The disagreements between Goshamahal MLA Raja Singh and the BJP’s Telangana leadership seem to have settled for now.
This became clear when Union Minister of State for Home Affairs, Bandi Sanjay Kumar, visited the Akash Puri Hanuman Temple in Goshamahal on Saturday to celebrate Hanuman Jayanti. Raja Singh warmly welcomed him. After that, both leaders visited the nearby Anjaneya Swamy Temple together.
Speaking to the media, Bandi Sanjay called the Akash Puri temple a powerful and special place. He said he came there to celebrate Hanuman Jayanti and praised Raja Singh for organizing a big rally in Hyderabad. Sanjay said the rally shows the unity and strength of the Hindu community.
He added that Hanuman Jayanti is being celebrated like a festival all over the country. “Hanuman is a god who protects us from social disorder. Wishing everyone a happy Hanuman Jayanti,” he said.
When asked about past differences between Raja Singh and the BJP’s state unit, Sanjay Kumar said there were no such issues. He called Raja Singh a senior leader who has won multiple elections from Goshamahal on the BJP ticket. He praised Singh for being a committed worker who serves society and follows BJP’s ideology.
“Raja Singh is a strong supporter of Hindutva. There are no conflicts with him. We are all united in the BJP,” Sanjay Kumar stated.
