Hyderabad: Congress MP Mallu Ravi has stated that the Telangana government is committed to protecting the natural rock formations in the Kancha Gachibowli area, including the famous Mushroom Rock. He said the government is planning to build an eco-friendly park in the area without harming the natural surroundings.

In a letter to Chandra Prakash Goyal, a member of the Central Empowered Committee, Mallu Ravi requested that the committee present the true details of the land dispute to the Supreme Court. He said this was important for truth, justice, and the welfare of the public.

Mallu Ravi also rejected claims made by BRS and BJP leaders, who allege that the land is forest land and that the government is carrying out illegal development. He called these accusations false and politically motivated, saying they were meant to damage the reputation of Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy.
