To support the large number of participants, local community groups set up water stations and food camps. The Hyderabad police also allowed two large sound systems to be used for devotional music during the procession.

Before the procession began, Hyderabad City Police Commissioner C. V. Anand visited the Ram Mandir in Gowliguda. He offered prayers at the temple and later inspected the security arrangements to ensure the event went smoothly.
