Union Minister Bandi Sanjay Dismisses Maoist Allegations Against Etela Rajender
Union Minister Bandi Sanjay has denied claims linking MP Etela Rajender to Maoist ideology. Speaking to the media on Sunday in Hyderabad, Sanjay called these allegations baseless and misleading. He emphasized that having a different ideology does not make someone a Maoist.
Sanjay clarified that Etela Rajender has no connection with Maoists and criticized attempts to label him as one. He also highlighted that the BJP stands for democracy and development, which are far removed from the principles of Maoist ideology.
Addressing other political controversies, Bandi Sanjay stated that BJP leaders would not accept awards named after Gaddar, the late revolutionary poet. He accused Gaddar of having a violent past, claiming his involvement in the killings of Congress and TDP leaders. “Such associations are unacceptable to the BJP,” he said.
These remarks come as political tensions rise in Telangana ahead of the upcoming elections. Bandi Sanjay urged the public to avoid being swayed by misinformation campaigns aimed at tarnishing the image of BJP leaders.
