Karimnagar MP and former state president of the party, Bandi Sanjay, congratulated Union Minister Kishan Reddy on his appointment as BJP Telangana state president. Sanjay also congratulated MLA Etala Rajender on his appointment as chairman of the state election management committee. Sanjay expressed his hope that the party will grow stronger under their leadership.
In a tweet, Sanjay said, “Congratulations to Kishan Reddy, Minister of Tourism, Culture and Development of North Eastern States, who has been appointed as the BJP Telangana State President, and to Huzurabad MLA Etala Rajender, who has been appointed as the Chairman of the State Election Management Committee. I hope that under your experienced and capable leadership, the party will become stronger and you will work hard to bring BJP to power in Telangana.”
It is known that the BJP has restructured the party in preparation for the upcoming state assembly elections in December 2023. As part of this restructuring, they have appointed Purandeswari and Kishan Reddy as the state presidents of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana respectively.
