BRS MLA Bandla Krishnamohan Reddy from Gadwala has joined the Congress party. The announcement was made at Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s residence in Hyderabad, with AICC state affairs in-charge Deepa Dasamunshi also present. CM Revanth Reddy welcomed Reddy into the party by giving him a scarf, with other ministers and politicians attending the event.
Despite opposition from former ZP chairperson Sarita MLA, Bandla Krishnamohan Reddy’s switch to the Congress has been finalized. This move is part of a larger trend, with six MLAs and six MLCs already joining the Congress from BRS. It is worth noting that BRS only won two out of 14 assembly seats in the former Mahbubnagar district.
