Congress leader Bhatti Vikramarka expressed confidence that the Congress party will win 78 seats in the upcoming Assembly elections and form the government in the State. He mentioned that the Congress government would implement six guaranteed schemes to provide excellent services to the people.

Bhatti made these remarks while addressing the media at the District Congress party office in Khammam. He was accompanied by other Congress leaders, including Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, Tummala Nageswara Rao, Sambani Chandra Sekhar, Rayala Nageswra Rao, DCC president Puvvala Durga Prasad, and City president Mohammed Javeed.
