    Prime Minister Narendra Modi shared hugs with US President Joe Biden and UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak at the G7 summit in Hiroshima, Japan. The BJP shared a video of Modi and Biden’s warm gesture on Twitter, and Modi will visit the US next month on President Biden’s invitation for a state visit. Sunak also shared a picture of his meeting with Modi on Twitter.

    Modi attended the G7 summit at the invitation of Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, where he also met South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol to discuss strengthening cooperation in sectors such as IT, innovation, technology, and semiconductors. They also talked about enhancing commercial linkages and defense ties between South Korea and India.

    Modi also met German Chancellor Olaf Scholz to discuss measures to strengthen the partnership between Berlin and New Delhi. In a tweet, Modi said he was glad to have met his friend, Chancellor Scholz, on the sidelines of the G7 summit in Hiroshima.
