Telangana BJP Affairs incharge Tarun Chugh criticized Rahul Gandhi, a leader of the Congress party, for making false and “anti-national” statements about the Sino-Indian China relations. Chugh stated that Rahul Gandhi was misleading the people of Ladakh by creating unnecessary fear and falsely claiming that China has occupied Indian land. Chugh emphasized that during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s tenure, not a single inch of land has been lost to China, and it was actually under the Congress-led government that China encroached on Indian territory.

Chugh expressed concern that Rahul Gandhi’s statements would demoralize the security forces who have been sacrificing their lives to protect the borders. He criticized the senior Congress leader for using the Indo-China border issue as a means to play cheap political games.
