Hyderabad: KT Rama Rao, the BRS working president, criticized Telangana BJP Chief N Ramchander Rao for staying silent about the Bhadrachalam Sri Ram temple land issue. On Friday, he called on BJP leaders to put politics aside and help save the temple lands in Andhra Pradesh.
Through a post on X, Rama Rao questioned why the BJP is not protecting the Bhadrachalam lands. He pointed out that about 889.5 acres of temple land in Andhra Pradesh have been taken over, yet BJP remains quiet. He suggested the silence might be due to political alliances in Andhra Pradesh.
Rama Rao urged BJP members to speak up and join the fight to recover the encroached Bhadrachalam land, despite political ties, and follow the High Court’s orders.
