Hyderabad: At a workshop in Ghatkesar, Telangana BJP leader N Ramchander Rao urged party members to focus on winning at the booth level to gain electoral success.

He emphasized the crucial role of party workers and stated that grassroots involvement is key to the BJP’s strategy in Telangana. Rao encouraged workers to embrace the idea that winning starts at the polling booth, highlighting their importance in the party’s success.

The workshop aimed to strengthen the party’s outreach. Rao pointed out the need to tackle local issues and hold the state government accountable for its shortcomings.

He urged BJP leaders to represent the people’s concerns and raise these issues publicly. Rao also highlighted national achievements under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, such as the Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana, which integrated 80 crore citizens into banking, allowing direct economic participation. With Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT), financial help reaches beneficiaries directly, reducing corruption.

Rao criticized the previous United Progressive Alliance (UPA) for scams and neglecting public welfare, contrasting this with Modi’s transformative impact, especially on marginalized communities.

He mentioned social security schemes like the Atal Pension Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana, and Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima, noting their reach in Telangana, benefiting 48 lakh people and affecting 1.5 crore family members.

Additionally, Rao praised the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana for offering loans to youth and entrepreneurs, fostering financial independence and supporting small businesses nationwide.

He called on leaders and workers to strive for victories at every booth and constituency, aiming to make Telangana a BJP stronghold, with a focus on grassroots empowerment, transparent governance, and inclusive development.
