Brigade Group has purchased a 4.04-acre land parcel in Neopolis, Hyderabad through an outright acquisition to develop a new residential project named Brigade Barcelona. The development is expected to generate an estimated revenue potential exceeding ₹2,700 crore. The project will feature over 650 high-quality residential units comprising 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments, catering to the growing demand for premium housing in the city.
In a separate development in the real estate sector, Zuari Infraworld India, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zuari Industries, along with Gangothri Infraedge, announced plans to invest approximately ₹2,000 crore for developing a residential project in Kollur, Hyderabad. The joint venture marks a significant investment in the city’s expanding residential real estate market.
The project, named Zuari Gangothri Tribhuja, will be developed across 9.16 acres and will comprise nine towers housing a total of 1,730 residential units. The development will offer spacious 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments with sizes ranging from approximately 1,679 square feet to 3,126 square feet. The project carries an estimated sales value of around ₹3,000 crore, reflecting the premium positioning of the development.
The project has been designed by Laboratory for Visionary Architecture from Australia, with David Adamson from the UK serving as the project management consultant. JLL has been appointed as the cost management and quality assurance partner for the development, ensuring international standards in execution and delivery.
