Dasoju Sravan, the national spokesperson for the Bharat Rashtra Samithi, has responded to comments made by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders who claimed that Telangana is the gateway for the party to enter South India. Sravan stated that the BJP is daydreaming if they think they can penetrate South India as they have been rejected by the region and do not understand its culture, traditions, or aspirations. Sravan also accused the BJP of wanting to break the “Ganga Jamuna Tehzeeb” in Telangana, which is known for its harmonious relationships between different communities.
Sravan further attacked the BJP by stating that they only know how to provoke emotions rather than understanding the aspirations of people and creating public policies that reflect their culture and traditions. He also claimed that the BJP has hardly any presence in South India, with only three seats and thirty groups within the party. Sravan believes that if any BJP leader comes to camp in Telangana, they will not be successful and will ultimately be kicked out.
Sravan praised Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao’s government for making Telangana a land of development and a role model for other states. He believes that KCR is a strong and mighty leader who has done great work in the last nine years. Sravan also accused the BJP of propaganda tactics, claiming that they believe a lie will become truth by continuously repeating it. However, he believes that the people of Telangana are smarter than the BJP’s leaders and will not fall for their propaganda.
