Senior BRS leader and Malkajigiri MLA, Mynampally Hanumantha Rao, has announced his decision to leave the party in a video. He expressed gratitude to his well-wishers for their support during this difficult time. Hanumantha Rao stated that he will soon decide which political party to join and asked his supporters to remain patient until then.
The MLA’s decision to quit stems from his dissatisfaction with the BRS leadership. He criticized them for not giving a party ticket to his son, M Rohit, to contest in the Medak Assembly Constituency. Hanumantha Rao also expressed disappointment with BRS leader and Medical and Health Minister T Harish Rao for not fulfilling his request to allocate a party ticket to his son.
