Text Size: 100%

BRS MLAs attended the Assembly today wearing black badges. They did this to protest against the chief minister’s remarks about a BRS woman MLA. The members want the Chief Minister to apologize for his comments.

To address the issue, BRS leaders submitted an adjournment resolution in the House. They wanted to discuss the CM’s remarks directly. However, the speaker denied this request but promised to give time for the discussion later.

Besides the Assembly protest, BRS has also planned protests across the state today. These protests aim to condemn the Chief Minister’s comments.
