Hyderabad: PCC President Mahesh Kumar Goud claimed BRS skipped the Vice Presidential election to avoid a CBI investigation into the Kaleshwaram case. He suggested this was part of a deal with Modi.

Speaking at Gandhi Bhavan, Goud accused BRS of ignoring the election despite having an INDIA bloc candidate from their own state. He believes this shows a secret understanding between BRS and BJP.

Goud criticized BRS Working President KT Rama Rao for insulting Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and his family. He alleged KTR is influenced by BJP to dodge investigations related to Kaleshwaram. According to Goud, KTR’s comments aim to gain favor from Prime Minister Modi.

He reminded Union Minister G Kishan Reddy of his promise to resolve the Kaleshwaram case within 48 hours if handed to CBI. Now, with the case in CBI’s hands, Goud questioned the lack of progress and inquired if KTR and Harish Rao met with Modi, Amit Shah, and Nadda to escape the investigation.
