Hyderabad: BC welfare Minister Ponnam Prabhakar challenged former Minister K T Rama Rao to a debate about the representation given to BCs during the BRS government’s 10-year term. Ponnam accused the Kalvakuntla family of holding all the important positions during their decade-long rule and claimed that now KCR and his family are pretending to care about BC welfare.
Ponnam dismissed claims by BJP leaders that some MLAs were in talks with the saffron party and suggested that the Congress government in the state is stable and secure. He dared BJP and BRS leaders to provide evidence to support their claims that Congress MLAs are considering leaving the party.
