Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, Deputy CM Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, CWC member and Minister Damodar Rajanarsimha, and PCC president B Mahesh Kumar Goud are attending a significant meeting in Patna. They departed from Shamshabad airport on Tuesday evening.
AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge will lead the gathering. The meeting, scheduled for September 24th, takes place under his leadership. This event highlights Bihar‘s important role in Congress history. The state was central during the freedom struggle, notably for the Champaran Satyagraha led by Bapu, and it produced key figures like Dr. Rajendra Prasad and Babu Jagjivan Ram.
Today, Bihar is at a critical point, balancing hope, social justice, and development against challenges like violence and unemployment. The CWC meeting aims to emphasize Congress’s dedication to the welfare of Bihar, according to a post by K C Venugopal, AICC general secretary, on X.
