According to him, Congress is deeply connected to the people. In contrast, parties like BJP, BRS, JD, BJD, and RJD formed only after independence.
Reddy criticized Modi’s leadership, claiming they have ignored social justice for 11 years and threatened the Constitution. He praised Congress’s 140-year struggle for independence and its victory over the British. He highlighted leaders like Indira Gandhi, who battled terrorism and made sacrifices for the nation. Reddy also mentioned Sonia Gandhi’s decision to give up the Prime Minister role during UPA-1, emphasizing Congress’s ongoing dedication to social justice and serving the country.
