Wanaparthy District Manager Suspended Over Corruption Allegations
Wanaparthy: The Managing Director of Civil Supply, DS Chauhan, has ordered the suspension of Sheikh Irfan, the District Manager of the Civil Supply Corporation in Wanaparthy.
During Irfan’s time in Wanaparthy, several corruption allegations were made against him. The BC Political JAC filed a complaint, leading to his transfer from Wanaparthy to Mahbubnagar district. He was serving in Mahbubnagar at the time of his suspension.
Officials conducted an investigation into the corruption allegations and illegal activities that allegedly took place while Irfan was in Wanaparthy. Based on their findings, they decided to suspend him.
Reports suggest that another employee from the same department may also face suspension soon.
