    Asifabad: District Collector Venkatesh Dhotre has instructed officials to conduct the upcoming Open Class 10 and Intermediate exams in a strict and organized manner.

    He held a review meeting with Additional SP Prabhakar Rao and RDO Lokeshwar Rao, along with other district officials, to discuss the arrangements for the exams. The exams are scheduled to take place from April 20 to April 26, with two sessions daily—one from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and the other from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

    For Class 10 exams, centers will be set up at Zilla Parishad Girls’ High School in Asifabad mandal and Zilla Parishad Girls’ High School in Kagaznagar town. For Intermediate exams, centers will be located at Janakapur Zilla Parishad High School in Asifabad mandal and Zilla Parishad Boys’ High School in Kagaznagar town.

    The Collector emphasized the need to provide all basic facilities at the exam centers. This includes drinking water, continuous power supply, fans, and proper furniture. He also directed that medical staff should be present at each center, with essential medicines and ORS packets available.

    To support students, RTC officials have been asked to run buses on time. Rural water supply officials must ensure water availability, and electricity department staff should prevent power outages. The municipal department is responsible for maintaining cleanliness at the exam venues.

    Collector Dhotre also said that exam papers must be transported with full security. The postal department will help manage answer sheets in coordination with other departments. He stressed that the exams should be conducted in a peaceful environment and that all necessary steps should be taken in advance to avoid any problems.
