Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy announced plans to turn the Telangana Rising 2047 vision into a community-driven initiative. The goal is for Telangana to reach a $2.4 trillion economy within the next twenty years.

On Sunday, the Chief Minister and his ministers met informally for 90 minutes. They reviewed plans for the Telangana Formation Day celebrations on Monday. They also planned a Cabinet meeting for June 5 to discuss key issues.

An official statement highlighted the Chief Minister’s commitment to making Telangana Rising 2047 a grassroots movement. They extended Formation Day greetings to everyone. The meeting, held at the Police Command Control Center, also evaluated the progress of the Indiramma Indlu housing scheme and the Bhu Bharati project.

During the meeting, ministers who toured districts on May 29 and 30 reported on the Indiramma Indlu and Bhu Bharati initiatives. They updated the Chief Minister with district-specific findings. Discussions also covered preparations for the Kharif season and the Rajiv Yuva Vikasam scheme.

The ministers noted that the Rajiv Yuva Vikasam scheme received more applications than anticipated. Many applications were from ineligible candidates. It was agreed that eligibility would be confirmed after a thorough review. The Chief Minister emphasized ensuring that only truly qualified applicants are selected.

He called for a seamless process in selecting and finalizing beneficiaries for the scheme.
