Hyderabad: Chief Minister Revanth Reddy plans to introduce special “June 2” gifts for some groups in Telangana on the state’s Formation Day. He will launch the Rajiv Yuva Vikasam scheme and address longstanding demands such as government employee benefits, new job openings, and support for families of Telangana martyrs.
Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikaramarka is actively coordinating with District Collectors to ensure certificates are ready for distribution under the Rajiv Yuva Vikasam program by June 2. The process of selecting beneficiaries is nearly complete.
A subcommittee focused on government employee issues has been meeting with union representatives. An important meeting on June 1 will discuss the release of DAs and overdue payments. Following this, the CM will announce benefits for government employees as part of the Formation Day celebrations.
Sources indicate that the CM is also planning financial assistance for families of Telangana martyrs, as well as veteran folk artists and writers who played a role in the Telangana movements.
