Revanth Reddy, the Chief Minister, spoke at the Hyderabad Property Show organized by CREDAI. He highlighted his government’s dedication to creating an open and welcoming environment for investors in the state.
He pointed out the importance of clearing up any doubts and misconceptions that might slow down progress. Praising the event’s organizers, he said it plays a crucial role in informing those who might doubt the state’s growth potential.
The Chief Minister stated that both government policies and construction are key drivers of the state’s development. He assured that despite leadership changes, the state remains globally competitive and avoids “policy paralysis.”
Reddy admitted that disagreements among leaders could cause some uncertainty, but he reaffirmed his government’s promise to implement clear policies that attract and protect investments. He emphasized the goal of not just safeguarding investments but also ensuring they are profitable. He encouraged real estate leaders to ignore negative political stories and to view investments as opportunities, not threats.
Addressing CREDAI officials, Reddy acknowledged their crucial role in the state’s investment scene, stating, “You are our first priority in terms of investment.” He emphasized his focus on supporting the middle class rather than accumulating wealth. While he may not agree with all developer requests, he is open to supporting initiatives that are transparent and serve the public interest.
The event emphasized the government’s goal to boost confidence in the real estate sector, attracting more investments and establishing Hyderabad as a vibrant center for growth.
