Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy has announced ambitious plans to empower women in the state by turning women’s groups into millionaires capable of competing with industrial giants like Adani and Ambani. This will be achieved through initiatives like establishing solar power generation projects. To meet this goal, the number of self-help groups in the state needs to grow from the current 65 lakh to one crore.

Speaking at the inauguration of the Indira Mahila Shakti Bazaar on Thursday, the Chief Minister emphasized that the state government’s vision is to make one crore women millionaires. He also mentioned that more plans are being developed to promote women’s empowerment.
