New Delhi: On Friday, Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy encouraged global investors to become “Telangana Brand Ambassadors.” He addressed the 12th annual Public Affairs Forum of India (PAFI) conference, highlighting Telangana’s dynamic environment for businesses. The state government offers extensive support to investors, aiming to attract significant global investments. This effort seeks to create prospects for future generations, he emphasized, noting Telangana and Hyderabad’s rich history.

Reddy criticized former Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao (KCR) for damaging the state’s economy. He humorously remarked that the people of Telangana have removed their “Donald Trump.” He also criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi for backing the US President’s policies, which have increased taxes in the country. Reddy stressed the importance of strong political leadership for effective governance. He mentioned that the TelanganaRising Vision Document-2047 will be unveiled on December 9 to promote comprehensive development. The state is categorized into core urban, semi-urban, and rural areas.

To promote a healthier environment, the government is relocating polluting industries away from densely populated urban zones. The semi-urban areas are designated as manufacturing hubs. Plans include extending the Metro Rail network to 150 km, benefiting around 1.5 million commuters daily.

Reddy also pointed out the advantages of the Musi Rejuvenation project, stating plans to transform Musi similar to the Sabarmati project.
