Gadwal: District officials in Gadwal are stepping up efforts to respond quickly to public concerns. At a recent Prajavani meeting, District Collector B.M. Santosh urged officers to act fast and fairly on all complaints.
The session took place on Monday at the Integrated District Office Complex (IDOC). Around 75 complaints were submitted by citizens from different corners of the district. These issues covered multiple departments, reflecting the challenges people face in their daily lives.
Collector Santosh made it clear that no grievance should be delayed or ignored. He asked officials to treat every petition seriously and ensure quick responses. According to him, solving people’s problems on time builds trust and shows that the government cares.
Additional Collector Lakshminarayana and department heads were present at the meeting. They listened to the complaints and began taking initial steps to resolve them.
The Prajavani programme gives people a direct way to speak to the administration. It helps connect citizens with officials and aims to make local governance more responsive and transparent.
This platform continues to play a key role in making public voices heard and improving how the district addresses their concerns.
