    Rangareddy district officials, including the District Collector Harish, recently held a meeting to address the seasonal diseases that come with the monsoon rains. The meeting aimed to raise awareness about preventive measures for diseases like dengue, malaria, chikungunya, toxic fevers, and encephalitis. District officials and municipal commissioners attended the meeting, which took place at the conference hall of the integrated district offices building complex.

    During the meeting, Harish stressed the importance of preparedness in dealing with these diseases. He highlighted the need to raise awareness about preventive measures to effectively combat them. To achieve this, he outlined several key measures that will be implemented across the district.

    One of the measures is conducting regular sanitation programs in municipal towns and villages. Harish also emphasized the importance of eliminating potential mosquito breeding grounds by placing oil balls in areas where water is stored and conducting fogging operations. These initiatives are expected to help prevent the spread of diseases and protect the health of the residents in Rangareddy district.
