Bank Nodal Officers manage the digital signing of loan data and coordinate between banks, the Agriculture Department, and NIC. The waiver amount is credited directly to farmers’ accounts based on specific criteria, with special consideration for female farmers.
Exclusions from the scheme include certain types of loans, but efforts are made to address grievances through a redressal unit established by the Director of Agriculture. The government emphasizes accountability and transparency throughout the implementation process.
