A meeting was held in Khammam to discuss the Congress Working Committee (CWC) meeting in Hyderabad. The meeting was attended by Election Observer Arif Nazim Khanahi, CLP leader Bhatti Vikramarka, and former MP Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, among others. During the meeting, supporters of Bhatti demanded justice for senior leaders and preferential treatment in seat allotments. This led to a heated argument between the supporters of Bhatti and Ponguleti. As a result, the senior Congress leaders decided to leave the meeting due to the chaos.
