    The Congress party in Shadnagar is working hard to regain power and bring their promises to every household. Veerlapalli Shankar, the TPCC General Secretary and Shadnagar Congress party in-charge, stressed the importance of explaining these promises to the people to secure victory for Congress at both the Central and State levels.

    A meeting was held at the local party office, attended by leaders and workers from the Congress, NSUI, and Youth Congress. Veerlapalli Shankar restated the party’s commitment to supporting the underprivileged and working democratically.

    Leaders from various cells and organizations under the Congress party will visit all villages in Shadnagar on September 25 to explain the six guarantees to the residents. They will provide households with a sticker and guarantee card that outline the Congress party’s welfare schemes.

    Veerlapalli Shankar also highlighted the importance of raising awareness about false promises and corruption by both the Central and State governments. He mentioned the transformative schemes announced by YS Rajasekhar Reddy in 2004, such as free electricity, farmer loan waivers, Arogyashri, and fee reimbursement. Shankar emphasized that the Congress party fulfilled these promises for the welfare of the public.

    The program was attended by various Congress party leaders, including Babar Ali Khan, Elagamoni Yadaiah, Balraj Goud, Srikanth Reddy, Chennaiah, Tirupati Reddy, Raghu, Paluri Jagadeeswar, as well as presidents of mandals, Block Congress presidents, NSUI leaders, and others.
