A political clash happened at the Shadnagar police station between two leaders of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi party. Councilor Ishwar Raju from Ayyappa Colony and Ashok, a resident from the same colony, got into a violent fight resulting in injuries to Raju. The police intervened and dispersed both parties. The fight was allegedly over Ashok’s encroachment on a park area in the colony. Ashok’s son was previously involved in a fight near former MLA Bakkani Narasimhulu’s residence leading to another clash between the two factions. A case has been registered against both sides for causing a disturbance at the police station. Raju expressed concerns over the safety of others and thanked the police for their timely intervention.
