Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court reviewed a case on Tuesday involving the transfer of Goshamahal Stadium land. The case was presented by local yoga instructor Gundolu Ramu. He wants to prevent the government from allocating this land to the Health Department for building the Osmania Hospital complex.

Ramu argues that the GO 45 order from January 30, 2025, is illegal. He claims it contradicts the master plan-2031 and the Telangana Urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975.

Advocate-General A Sudarshan Reddy asked the court for one week to prepare a detailed response. The court has postponed further discussion to September 26.
