The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) announced that the 13th CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show will take place from March 8 to March 10 at HITEX Exhibition Centre in Hyderabad. The event was announced by the CREDAI senior leadership team including V. Rajashekar Reddy, N. Jaideep Reddy, and B. Jagannath Rao.
V. Rajashekhar Reddy mentioned that there was a 25% increase in property deals in November 2023 compared to the previous year in Hyderabad. This shows a strong interest among individuals in owning a home in the city. A total of 6,268 property deals were closed during this time, generating significant stamp duty revenue. The total value of properties reached Rs. 3.741 crores, marking a 29% growth in value compared to the previous year.
