Hyderabad: In view of the forecast for moderate to heavy rainfall, the Cyberabad Traffic Police has issued a traffic advisory requesting IT companies and organisations operating in the Cyberabad Commissionerate to consider allowing employees to leave office early in a staggered manner.
The advisory, issued by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Traffic-I, Cyberabad, aims to ensure public safety, reduce the risk of severe traffic congestion, and facilitate uninterrupted emergency services during adverse weather conditions.
Companies have been requested to stagger employee logouts to minimise travel-related risks and ease pressure on the road network. Organisations have also been asked to inform the Traffic Police about their office location and proposed early logout timings via email to enable better traffic management.
The Cyberabad Traffic Police appreciated the cooperation of IT companies and urged organisations to support the initiative to ensure smoother traffic movement and safer commuting during the expected heavy rains.
