Senior Congress leader D Srinivas has been admitted to a corporate hospital in Hyderabad. His health condition is critically ill.
According to the hospital authorities, Srinivas was admitted with difficulty in breathing and altered Sensorium. He has been diagnosed with septic shock with multi organ dysfunction. Currently, he is in the intensive care unit and his condition remains critical.
Srinivas was the senior most Congress leader in Telangana state. He joined BRS after the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh and was nominated as a Rajya Sabha MP. Recently, he quit BRS and claimed to continue in Congress.
