DE Hemalatha from Mission Bhagiratha emphasized the importance of women excelling in employment for the economic growth of families. One example she mentioned was Lakshmi, a housewife from Bijinapally Mandal, who received a free sewing machine worth 7000/- after realizing her financial situation was not good.
During an event, DE Hemalatha encouraged women to persevere in all aspects of society and not lose hope. She shared her own journey of hard work since childhood that led her to where she is today, enabling her to support the progress of women financially. DE Hemalatha has been actively assisting poor women in need for some time now, showing compassion and humanity.
