The Hyderabad District Election officer, Ronald Rose, has announced that as part of the second special summary revision 2023 programme, voter registration, objections, and applications for amendments must be submitted before September 19.
To check if their name is on the draft voter list, voters can download the voter helpline app from the ECI website at https://voters.eci.gov.in/.
If their name is not on the voter list, re-registration can be done through the ECI website or voter helpline. Those who are 18 years old or above by October 1 and are not yet named in the electoral roll should register using Form-6.
Form-6B is for linking or updating Aadhaar in the voter list. Form-7 is for deleting names from the draft voter list and raising objections. Form-8 can be used to correct mistakes in the name, address, photo, relationship, or other errors in the draft voter list. All these corrections can be made before September 19.
