Deadline for voters to modify draft list is September 19

The Hyderabad District Election officer, Ronald Rose, has announced that as part of the second special summary revision 2023 programme, voter registration, objections, and applications for amendment must be submitted before September 19. In order to check if their name is on the voter list, voters can download the voter helpline app from the ECI website https://voters.eci.gov.in/. If their name is not on the list, they can re-register through the ECI website or voter helpline. Anyone who is 18 years old or older by October 1 and is not yet named in the electoral roll should register through Form-6. Form-6B is for linking or updating Aadhaar in the voter list, Form-7 is for deletion of name in the draft voter list and objections, and Form-8 is for correcting mistakes in the draft voter list such as name, address, photo, relationship, and other errors. All corrections must be made before September 19.
