DK Aruna Declared as Gadwal MLA by High Court

The Telangana state high court has declared the election of Gadwal MLA Bandla Krishna Mohan Reddy as invalid. This is because he submitted a false affidavit during the 2018 assembly elections. DK Aruna, who had previously approached the High court, claimed that Krishna Mohan Reddy’s election was invalid due to false documents in his affidavit.

After a lengthy hearing, the high court ruled in favor of DK Aruna and declared Bandla Krishna Mohan Reddy’s election as invalid. As a result, DK Aruna has been announced as the MLA of Jogulamba Gadwal. It is worth noting that the high court recently acquitted Bhadradri Kotta Gudem MLA Vanama Venkateshwar Rao for submitting a false affidavit.
