Gadwal: A seminar on the forthcoming local body elections took place today in Aiza Town at the R&B Guest House. This event followed the guidance of AICC Secretary and former Alampur MLA, Dr. S. A. Sampath Kumar.
Local and mandal Congress leaders, along with party activists, attended the session. The seminar aimed to prepare these individuals with key strategies and vital information for the elections.
Although Dr. Sampath Kumar was not present, his representatives shared his vision and plans. His message highlighted the importance of unity, grassroots efforts, and effectively communicating the Congress party’s achievements and promises to the community.
Participants included senior party leaders, mandal coordinators, booth agents, and active workers. Discussions focused on strategic campaign planning, engaging voters, the significance of local governance, selecting candidates, and monitoring at the booth level. Coordination between town and mandal units was also emphasized.
Local leaders expressed their determination to secure most seats in the elections. They showed confidence in the increasing public trust in Congress under Dr. Sampath Kumar and CM Revanth Reddy.
The seminar ended with members committing to intensify door-to-door campaigns, uphold unity, and work together to ensure Congress’s victory in the upcoming local polls.
