Hyderabad: On Sunday, BJP MP Eatala Rajender visited Raheja Vista Apartments in the Mallapur Industrial Area. He met with residents who asked for his help with several civic problems.
Apartment owners had reached out to Eatala before, asking him to address issues they’ve faced for a long time. During his visit, they requested him to move their community, which is currently in the Orange Zone and under TSIIC, into the GHMC’s residential area. They also mentioned a severe lack of fresh water and asked him to find a lasting solution.
Eatala promised to talk to the relevant authorities to resolve these issues. He thanked the residents for their support during the elections. “Even though I didn’t campaign here personally, I received strong backing,” he said.
He expressed gratitude for winning, recalling how he secured one lakh votes with a 40,000 majority. He praised the Malkajgiri Parliamentary constituency as “Mini India” due to its diverse population of over 70 lakh, including people from Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and other parts of India.
Since his election, Eatala has been visiting various areas in his constituency to learn about local issues firsthand and ensure solutions for civic and developmental problems.
Residents of Raheja Vista Apartments thanked him for his assurance and hoped their long-standing issues with municipal jurisdiction and water supply would soon be addressed.
