Enforcement Directorate officials questioned the personal assistants of BRS MLC K Kavitha in relation to the Delhi Liquor Policy case. During the questioning, the officials seized the cell phones of personal assistants Rohit and Rajesh. The officials are now analyzing the data from these phones. There is pressure on the personal assistants to become approvers, or they may face arrest.

Both personal assistants appeared before the officials after being served notices as witnesses. The ED has been questioning the BRS MLC for four days now. They specifically asked about the 33% share in Indo Spirits. Meanwhile, a petition filed by Kavitha in the Supreme Court, claiming illegal arrest, is set for a hearing on Friday.
