Education is crucial for social justice and equality says Dr. Kadiyam Kavya

Dr. Kadiyam Kavya, Member of Parliament from Warangal, emphasized the critical role of education in eliminating poverty and promoting equality. She believes education can offer equal opportunities and rights to all.

Dr. Kavya was the chief guest at the Vande Mataram 150th Anniversary event organized by the Central Bureau of Communication at Pingali Women’s Degree College in Waddepally, Hanumakonda. She opened a photo exhibition showcasing the history of Vande Mataram and the evolution of the Indian Constitution. Speaking to students, she highlighted the Constitution’s provision for the right to education, crediting Dr. B. R. Ambedkar for his vision in making this possible. Dr. Kavya encouraged students to harness education to create a strong future.

Reflecting on the freedom movement, Dr. Kavya mentioned how Vande Mataram inspired many to fight for independence. She urged the youth to learn about India’s past and contribute to national development, emphasizing India’s unity and cultural diversity.

Dr. Kavya also highlighted women leaders like Sarojini Naidu and Durgabai Deshmukh. She motivated female students to take inspiration from figures like Rani Rudramadevi and Jhansi Lakshmibai to advance courageously in all areas, including education, social, and political fields.

She encouraged students to take advantage of opportunities offered by the State Government and strive for success. Dr. Kavya advised caution on social media and urged participation in sports, cultural activities, and social service for comprehensive development.
