The BRS government has received permission from the Election Commission to distribute Rythu Bandhu funds ahead of the Assembly elections in Telangana on November 30. The State Agriculture Department has stated that the funds will be released for crop investment assistance during the Yasangi season. This distribution process will prioritize farmers with small land areas.
Additionally, the Election Commission has issued notices to Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao regarding his election speech on October 30, warning against any violations of the model code of conduct. The EC has the authority to cancel a party if the code of conduct is breached.
