Ramagundam Police Commissioner, Rema Rajeshwari, held an election training meeting at the Ramagundam Police Commissionerate in Peddapalli. The purpose of the meeting was to educate officials about the laws and code of conduct for the upcoming general elections.

During the meeting, Rajeshwari emphasized that the election Code of Conduct becomes effective as soon as the schedule is released by the Chief Electoral Officer. All officials are required to follow the election rules and be prepared to make arrangements for the elections.

The police officers will receive training to address any doubts they may have about the election rules. Rajeshwari mentioned that new challenges are faced with every election, therefore it is important to identify vulnerable polling areas and critical polling centers.

Additionally, a list should be compiled of individuals with criminal histories related to previous elections, as well as rowdy sheeters and those who disrupt the peace during elections. These individuals should be counseled and bound over by the relevant authorities. Details of individuals released from jail during elections should also be collected. Troublemakers should be closely monitored, called into police stations, and provided with counseling. The CP stressed the need to identify and bind over those involved in sensational cases, communal offenses, riots, and those who create law and order problems.
